“Always a delight when I stop in, I luck out finding must have's each trip back. The store is beautifully organized, clean, and the staff are SO kind and knowledgeable. They offer a wide variety of upscale things from house hold items to nice clothes to local art. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality products is obvious (and appreciated). Their consignment contract is clear and efficient, providing clients with opportunities to refresh home and wardrobe. Cannot wait to stop in again!”
“I had a very pleasant experience...good and friendly service. While I didn't get water, I didn't necessarily expect it. Businesses have been hard hit during COVID so I can understand their not being able to consider adding frills right now.”
“My first visit to Chico's in Middleton today, and it won't be my last! Many thanks to Martha for her expertise and a truly enjoyable shopping experience. The quality of the clothing (fabric, design) is excellent and superior to what I have been seeing in other women's retail outlets.”
“I had a great time shopping! The store manager is also great, she reached out to me the first time I ordered online and was having issues picking up before the store closes. She offered to drive it all the way to the East side where I manage. I enjoyed the selection of fun, jewelry and found several items in the sale section. This is a great store in Middleton if you have girlfriends or family to shop for this holiday season!”
“Organized store and very helpful staff. I was surprised by the clothing options, just wished they had some pant suit options at this location like their websites.”
“What a great store! Super helpful and friendly associates. They were very helpful in finding a solution for returning a wrong sized item that was shipped to our house. We will definitely shop here again!”

“I have been buying all things swimming from here for over 30 years. Now that I have kids of my own we still come here for suits, goggles, etc. We had a problem with 2 of our team suits recently and the owner took care of it and was extremely helpful! Great customer service and very supportive of his local swimmers!”
