“I am the designated go to for my single parent granddaughter for things. Her 2 year old son rides in the car seat. The recent weather caused her driver side window to fail and stay open. The cold temp made it unsafe to drive. I took it to City Car Star early afternoon Thursday Dec 4 , got an estimate, and an appointment for Friday Dec 5 at 8 am. Picked it up about 1pm Friday. Delivered it to my Granddaughter and I am a hero. The price was surprisingly low. Owner Mike Buggs and his people are truly exceptional service people and with old fashioned kindness with service being important. I am a customer forever and my Great Grandsons’s face won’t freeze.”
“Had my poor older Mercedes go here twice because of other idiots hiting me. One time it was for the rear bumper and they did a flawless job on it with a different rear end and never had problems with it. Then, the second time the car got hit this time it was frame damage so they had to total it and I had it towed there which they were chill about the whole insurance BS going back and forth and were able to let me get other remaining stuff in the car I forgot about and let me take the plates. But, one weird thing is that the plates on the Mercedes had a '26 reg sticker before I took the car here. Then when I got the plates at home I realized it was missing the reg stickers. So I'm not sure if someone stole the stickers or what happened with that, but it's inconvenient because I planned to use those plates for another car. But overall, I would definitely go here again.”

“Peggy keeps you updated and answers all questions. My hood wasn't expected until Dec 27, 2024. But, it arrived on Mon Dec 23, 2024..... it was quickly painted and my front end reassembled. Very nice! I feel as though there are companies out there that wouldn't do this. They would hold on to it and do other things. But, Caliber cares about it's customers and their cars!
Kris did a great job on the repairs and Matt is a great detailer! My car smelled better than it did when I bought it two years ago. My Subaru emblem arrived today and I'll stop by after work to have it popped on.
Does everything always work out well? Nope. There can be delays in parts, people can get sick and miss work. I get it... but I also get it when staff go out of their way to give a customer their absolute best. Hopefully, I won't ever need this type of repair again. Should I, you bet I will go to Caliber.
