This place was great, filled with so many things you didn't know you needed. Very reminiscent of the Ax-Man stores in Minneapolis. My only reason for not going five star is that much of the store is filled with the kitschy, cheap novelty, shelf filler kind of items.

It's still the same as I remember it from my childhood. I brought my kids today and will come back for some more fun soon. The selection of stem toys is awesome. They also have a ton of other fun stuff for the aspiring scientists and tinkerers in all of us.

Here at American Science & Surplus, we are fascinated by discovery and invention and we are dedicated to having fun along the way. Value is important, and whenever we can, we carry surplus at prices well below retail. We love closeouts, inventory overruns, mis-manufactures, and items whose time has not come.
