The driver was polite and courteous. It was just a bit hard placing my order with the call center representative i talked to. I miss the local secretary i used to talk to before the calls got outsourced.

I don't like the listen to the menu options when you call. I certainly don't like having to talk to someone who I can barely understand, has no idea what i'm talking about and is reading questions to ask me off a sheet.

I can honestly say, in the years we've used and relied on Amerigas, never have we had any issues. Even when we unexpectedly ran out of propane, they made sure we were supplied the same day.

Customer Service via phone is lousy. Never even got through to a person and they put me through prompts about my interaction with someone. They wasted my time.bbusinesses

Been with you for 24 years. We were happier when you were local and we could talk to a real person instead of recording. Adding Al the extra fees like tank rental which we never had to pay until 2 years ago. Penalizing us because we don’t use 1000 gallons and being that we’re seniors, on a fixed income try to conserve is really a lot of bull.

Stopped here trying get my propane tanks filled. Google indicted they fill tanks as does the sign in their yard indicating “Propane filled here.”Went to the door to find it locked with a sign saying they no longer fill customer tanks. A propane place that doesn’t fill tanks, what?! Disappointing to make the trip and need to find somewhere else.

If I could assign a "0" I would. This company is the biggest joke, they will lie to you just to make you go away. I first had my site survey done as I have installed a generator. I was promised delivery of tanks and propane numerous times but it never came true. I have talked with resolution manager and they lie too. I was first promised to have a delivery on the 26th but needed someone to connect the propane to the generator on the 30th when the generator company was going install the unit. A no show and I found out they were closed that day. I called back the 27th and a resolution manager told me the 28th between 11AM and 1130AM, again a no show. I called customer service around 1230 and was told the truck is in route but had encountered icy driveways and be patient, another lie! I was again promised the 30th when the generator was being installed BUT again no show. I have called again and was told 01/26 and a second time was told 01/04. They cant even keep the stories straight. I now have a generator that is all set but but no propane, I have taken 4 days off last week and lost those. I have spend almost $10K and have nothing to show for it. I have no idea when or if I will ever see a tank delivered and installed or what. I have set several emails to several people within Amerigas , I have called many different departments and all I get is BS! An email was sent amerigasGMB , no answer. I did get an automated response Thursday AM telkling me I would hear from soneone soon. WHEN? If you need any service or propane I would strongly suggest finding someone else as you will not get any result from these morons. I really think part of customer service training to them is who can lie the best. Good Luck! This is from Lewiston Maine

Apparently they no longer fill tanks at this location. Of coarse, you don't find that out until you get the tanks unloaded and you get to the locked office door that has the sign on it. Excellent customer service seems to be their highest priority.

Most local offices are closed if not all. You can talk to a human but it is a call center overseas. Good luck understanding them. They are understaffed so order weeks ahead of time. So it is hit or miss if you will get a delivery on time. Also don't mind the highest price in the industry

If I could mark 0 I would! Just almost got side swiped by this driver. Alerted him that I was there by honking and he continued to proceed, causing me to have to move to the side of the road and when catching up to him he had the nerve to flick me off!! When calling to make a complaint, the first representative discontinued my call after asking for a supervisor. Second representative refused to give me a supervisor after asking over 2 dozen times in a 10 min call and explaining my situation, that I was not a customer but had a complaint about their driver on the road, and again was asked if I had an account. Was she not listening? I was literally on repeat! Called a 3rd time and now allegedly waiting for a supervisor to call. I would NEVER recommend this company! Very poor customer service for such a simple request. No one should ever have to call 3x and beg to speak to management PERIOD!

QUICK PROMPT SERVICE. I DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO FILLUP MY RV TANK AND PROPANE BOTTLES. NEVER A PROBLEM.
