About Amerigas LP
Amerigas LP is a propane service provider with a long-standing history of reliable delivery and customer care. Customers appreciate the polite and courteous drivers, and the company’s quick response when supply issues arise, even on short notice. However, some customers miss the personal touch of local representatives, as calls are now handled by call centers. Over the years, customers have experienced changes such as added fees like tank rentals, which they feel penalize those on fixed incomes or with smaller usage. Despite these concerns, many customers remain loyal due to the company's dependable service and promptness in meeting their needs.

The driver was polite and courteous. It was just a bit hard placing my order with the call center representative i talked to. I miss the local secretary i used to talk to before the calls got outsourced.

I can honestly say, in the years we've used and relied on Amerigas, never have we had any issues. Even when we unexpectedly ran out of propane, they made sure we were supplied the same day.
