“I cannot say enough good things about Ivan and his business. A colleague recommended Royal Auto Body when I was rear-ended and needed a repair on my cracked bumper. Ivan was immediately a friendly face and took a thorough look at my car to be sure there wasn't more damage. He was respectful of my desire to only get a quote to start (the other driver wanted to pay cash). When I decided to go with Royal, Ivan was able to schedule me on a convenient day and my car was ready before he'd scheduled it to be. He was able to get new after-market parts and bring the repair in slightly under the quote. To top it all off, Ivan did some light repair on a dent in my front bumper without my asking and for no charge. This alone says so much about what kind of guy he is and the work he does. I highly recommend Royal Auto Body for great communication, customer service, fair pricing, and quality work.”
“I am extremely pleased with Mander. I took my 2015 Avalon to the Brookfield location for an estimate. Wanting the vehicle repaired sooner, I asked about other locations with earlier availability. I was referred to their Milwaukee location. Carson at the Milwaukee location called me quickly me to get me scheduled. “The only word I can describe the quality of work the team provided is “METICULOUS”. From beginning to start of the project, the entire team made sure my car was taken care of and every suggestion and opinion was heard and implemented on flawlessly.
I turned my 2002 BMW 540i to them to have a complete color change from original Black to Lime Rock Grey and honestly, not even I can tell if the car was ever a different color then what it is today.
Brent, Manny, Hector, Katilyn and the rest of the team were always there and helpful and treated me like family.
I am so glad I had them take care of my vehicle and do the job as I don’t think there is anyone else in this state that I have seen so far that can do a better job then them, and trust me when I say, I have seen many paint jobs on cars and by far, this is THE BEST I have seen.

“I purchased a tonneau cover from Line X three years ago. I love the product, and their service at the time was excellent. Last week someone tried to break into my truck bed by prying open the cover. While not successful, the cover shifted causing a gap. Though past warranty, Line X staff repaired it at no cost. Katie and staff are great!”

“I called Bay View Service because air was blowing out of my vents but it was only cold air even if the heat was on. Called them on a Thursday and their first available appointment was first thing Monday morning.
I dropped it off and the Temperature Door was the culprit of the lack of heat, that was quickly replaced, but I was informed that my brakes were all in need of replacement. After a quick estimate, I approved all four brakes getting replaced and was able to pickup the car same-day.
Staff was friendly and prices were incredibly reasonable! I will probably be coming back for my normal service needs!”
“We have a 2012 Escape with rust on the rear wheel well fenders which FORD acknowledges was a manufacturing defect that year, however, would not cover the cost of repair.
Through word of mouth, we heard about West Allis Auto Body. They did a fantastic job and our car looks like new. Cost was reasonable, the time frame was sooner than expected, and enjoyed doing business with Glen who was very personable and professional. Thanks again.

“Really good place to stop off for parts before you start going down the rabbit hole (Online) hoping you get the right part and a good one at that. This place is friendly and they'll work with you so leave any attitude at the door and skip customer service calls for exchanging parts that are incorrect and overpriced or broke. If thats a hassle you dont mind then by all means do you, or come get the parts you need yourself where you can at least visually inspect and take your time on the choices, hell you might even find more than you stopped by for.”
“My front bumper came loose while pulling out of my driveway. Goggle body shops and immediately drove to Milwaukee Auto Body to see if they could fix my loose bumper. Not only did they fixed it and secured the bumper I was in and out within 10 minutes. No charge! If I need any repairs Milwaukee Auto Body is my first stop.”
“Called and went to Brookfield Location and they referred me to West Allis Auto Zone because they WOULD not put windshield wipers blades. Although it was a drive I am glad. Wonderful young man assisted me in selecting, purchasing and then installing the blades. He was a kind, respectful person. Give him a raise.”
