“The Manager "Rick" was my savior today, on Memorial Day! I was stranded in Home Depot's parking lot with by all counts...a VERY DEAD Battery! Rick walked from his shop/store with battery tester, 2 different "jumping apparatus" and finally drove his personal truck over to jump my Yukon. After purchasing a new battery...Rick went above and beyond customer service and installed the new battery for me. He did not have to go this far to get me back on the road...but he did! You just can't ask for better customer service. Thank you again Rick, you're the best!”

Once we realized a fuse had blown, he did everything he could to help me through the next steps by putting me in touch with mechanics and pushing my car into a parking space for a few days over the holiday weekend. He was very nice and made good conversation. Highly recommend.”
