I needed assistance looking for something and received help right away and the employee actually new what the item was that I needed and also where it was. I'm sorry to say but it's is seldom to get quick help at most AutoZones, if you even get help and 50% of there employees don't know jack about cars and their parts.

I went in to get a wiper blade. I found which one I needed in advance on the Autozone website, so that was really helpful. After I bought it, the worker (I wish I got his name) promptly went outside and put it on. I didn't ask or expect that. He was very kind, and I'm very grateful.
