I lived here for a couple of years. Other than it was roach invested, it was ok. My car was broken into in the garage. Hopefully, the roaches are gone. That was many years ago.

Things stolen, paid PKG spot continuously occupied, not cleaned very often, 6A-9 only for trash/laundry
