“Harborside has been my home for the last four years, and we have loved living here. The location is amazing, near Brady street and the lake. We had a fantastic view of the lake from our apartment. The staff, especially Margaret & Dennis, made us feel like family. The maintenance is so quick as well, sometimes same day. Grateful to Harborside to have been our home these last few years.”

“My SO and I are apartment hunting and The Moderne caught our eyes. We are looking to hopefully move here sooner than later. Our tour guide, Rob was just 1000% amazing! He reached out to me to confirm my tour availability and then also managed to accommodate us last minute when we called because we were in the area. He treated us so nicely and even answered my younger sibling’s questions (my sibling is on the spectrum and so it’s hard for him to socialize). My SO and I are on the younger side so many of our previous tour guides did not take us as seriously which is unfortunate as we make enough to live comfortably. Rob however, answered every single question and made us feel completely welcomed. Mitchell , at the front desk was also super nice and welcoming. First impressions are everything to us and after coming home and comparing everything, The Moderne was our winner.Thank you Rob and Mitchell!”

“I lived at Jackson Square for about 2.5 years and I had nothing short of an amazing living experience. Building is in a great location and well maintained, apartment was spacious, maintenance requests were answered in a timely and efficient manner. “The North End is a great place to live and I highly recommend it! The location is wonderful - it’s in walking distance from many bars and restaurants but also feels quiet and safe. The staff is friendly and helpful and quickly address any issue you may have. Gym and pool is included. Overall I can’t think of a reason not to give 5 stars.”

“I absolutely loved living here! The rooms are spacious, the buildings are well-maintained, and have all the amenities I needed. The allotted parking is very generous and the location is perfect, close to shops and adjacent to a park. The management team is responsive and friendly. Julia the manager is amazing and flexible. “The ratings on this place do not accurately represent the current state of the building. I have lived here for a few years and this place has really turned around since the new management! Christine, the amazing woman in the office, truly cares about the residents and I feel so safe with her here. She makes an effort to know everyone and you can tell that she really cares about this building and the people inside. If we ever have a problem, we talk to her and she fixes it immediately. The maintenance men are also so kind and helpful! This place feels like a little community and everyone looks out for each other. Also, the apartments are massive and at a really good price. We have direct access to the river walk and an underground parking garage. In the last year, we have influenced 4 of our friends to move into this building because it’s a great place!”

“This review is for Juan the Exterminator. Our apartment was INFESTED, horribly. Before him, we had 3 exterminators come through and couldn't have it fixed. He was hired and from day 1 was very helpful and incredibly efficient. Its been almost 2 months and we have had significant progress done. Thank you to him and all he's done in helping out with the bug problem!”

“Nice Apartments, maintenance on site, staff are always very helpful. This past year I have lived hear I have not had any bad experiences with leasing or maintenance, so I would say for having my first apartment this is a good start and I love that there properties are also in Madison where I plan to move so I ca. just transfer everything instead of having to reapply and put in all new information with a whole new rental company.I can say I’ve definitely had a great experience and I plan to rent with this rental company long term.”

“I am a new resident and I must say I am delighted. Communication is extremely important to me. Fortunately, the management here has excellent communicative skills thus far they are responsive to any maintenance requests not that their are many... my apartment is almost perfect! I honesty adore my 1 bedroom with the walk in closet. Mr. Tim is a huge asset to the team, he is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I am very grateful he recommended the 1 bedroom opposed to the studio. The security is top notch here! Welcome me home Milwaukee.... I have arrived!!”

“Chalet At the River is a rare gem in my opinion. Does it need a little TLC? Sure. Do you need a janitor's array of keys to actually get into the building and access to a set elevators (there are 2- brand new!).. that answer is also. yes, but that I will emphasize as a very good thing, every security measures are necessary and keep our anxiety down. Pain in the a** for residents most likely, but rather safe than not. I will end this review by saying that the location is nothing short of amazing! And individual apartments and spaces inside the building may be dated but in a solid way- they have character, high ceilings, wood, tile or perhaps even concrete flooring (don't quote me on that last one. and the main lobbies on each floor are carpeted with gigantic pillars attached to wooden benches that are hexagonal- very cool). I also love the floor plans! With the right use of your furniture, curtains, rugs, art, living essentials etc- you could create the coolest space to live or work in. I'm thankful to get to see any unique and unknown (to me) territory in Milwaukee and anywhere else the world leads me. Thanks for reading! :)”
“We had the best time living at East Pointe Commons!! All the neighbors are super friendly and the people in Property Management are fantastic, helpful, and accommodating. Also, the location is perfect to stay communicated within Milwaukee, with the Hop right there and at walking distance of everything downtown. We moved to Chicago for work, but if we are ever back in MKE, I know we would move right back to East Pointe.”
