Exceptional service ! I have had very good experiences with Ben's for small walk in adjustments, parts. I go out of my way to go to Ben's whenever need service or parts for Specialized Ebike. Always friendly and helpful

The team helped me with a week-long bike rental for a race in the area. The bike was in excellent condition—had no issues at all—and I enjoyed interacting with the team. I couldn't recommend them more highly!
