However, prices for used goods have increased and can seem steep compared to other retail stores. Calling the store for specific items often results in long hold times or hang-ups. Overall, the store maintains a clean, easy-to-navigate environment, but some customers feel the prices are higher than before and note that staff may appear annoyed at times.
Well organized and clean. I commend the staff for taking such good care of the store. Donation employee was kind and helpful, and appreciative.

It was well organized with groups of things with the same idea grouped together, or things with the same color grouped together. This store has lots of space and it was very tidy. The sales clerk was very nice and friendly.
