“Such a cute little thrift shop! I found an adorable Bucks hoodie here and absolutely love it. You do pay a tiny bit more than some other thrift stores, but it’s totally worth it — the shop owner is wonderful, and it feels good knowing you’re supporting a locally owned business. The volunteers are so kind and helpful & the store is meticulously organized, having everything you could need at an affordable price with hidden vintage gems you won’t find anywhere else. “Recently discovered this resale shop and I'm so happy i did. We went when they had the red tag bag sale. Meaning that all red tag items you can fit into the bag will only cost $1. We scored some amazing deals and the shoes were no more than $6. What a great store will be returning.”
“Came here today, their store is the cleanest goodwill I have been too. Staff is an overall plus they are super friendly and caring. Im a regular and get greeted because I get recognized. Cashiers will let you know you have points with out asking! Recently found an old album got a deal for 1.99.”

complaining might make you feel a little better, but it does nothing. money talks. and the money, right now, is QUICKLY growing exponents within the entire second hand industry. go ahead and do a quick Google search.

these thrift stores don't have the staff nor the space to let merchandise just sit on shelves for days, weeks, etc....if merchandise was truly priced too high, it would noticeably sit idly on the shelves.
but that's not the case. in fact, it's the opposite.
you may not like it, but thrifting is mainstream. capitalism is king.

Lots of Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Zara, type of ticket items. Price is reasonable, and half off color tag days still apply.
They do continuously spray some essential oil throughout the store. If you are alergic to essential oils or scents, you could die in here. I was told by an associate that they have to keep that on cuz they can't wash the clothes.”
“I have ALWAYS loved GD. Big fan...but I have to say, same gripes as everyone else. No more half price weekly promotion, prices are sometimes laughable, chance of finding a 'treasure' eliminated. (see Goodwill Auction, thats where they sell stuff that you won't see)
I still have the love but my expectation now is to maybe find something at a reasonable price. Meh”
“I hadn't been to this location in a while. When I went, I was reminded how friendly all the staff are at this location. Eager to help. It's nice, as often Goodwill staff seem slightly annoyed to have to talk with anyone while putting out items.”
“I love shopping here. We were there today and the staff was super helpful and professional. I left my id in a changing room, and they called me over the PA to come get it. The changing room was clean, and the clothes have been laundered.
