“We were in dire need of a replacement for our Classic III Ice machine after my husband’s knee replacement. I could not find the part except the company could ship it in a week or so. I called United Medical Supply on a whim and Eva (she is great) bent over backwards to help me. She actually found a machine I could try (maybe obsolete) that works! I can use it until my part comes. Thanks Eva! No other supply store was helpful or available on Saturday! God bless you!”
