The girl working summited my ACP internet form. She is friendly and helpful and it took about 10 minutes. Store is clean and plenty of parking. Easy in or out to 27th street.

Beyond rude! Even though this store is the closest one after today I will NEVER go to this location again. My phone is old and I and my mother both need a new phone and are short on time to get it. When I went in the first time the person who assisted me wasn't very knowledgeable on any of the phones at all. Couldn't answer simple questions about features or differences between phones. They repeated tried to show my mom iPhones even though it was made very clear that we didn't want an iPhone. The store had neither of the two phones that I was interested in stock. I was told by the associate that they should have one of the two types in the following day and they would give me a call to let me know if they got them so that I could go to another location if need be. I waited for said phone call and when it hit 5pm and I didn't get any call from the store I decided to call the store. The person who answered offered to check the stock and put me on hold for over 30 mins before I hung up and headed out to the store. Apon arrival to the store before walking in I could see the associate sitting in the chairs ment for customers playing on their phone (he also had a good amount of his underwear sticking out above his pants sitting or standing) . When I opened the door very loud music that was not only inappropriate in nature but also contained swearing could be heard. It took several minutes for the associate to turn the inappropriate music off. The associate then proceeded to tell me that he had forgotten to call me claiming he has been very busy all day. He then used his personal phone to call another store to see if they had the phone I needed. After getting off the phone I was told that the other store did have it but had closed over an hour ago so I couldn't get it until tomorrow. When I brought up for the second time that I was short on time and that waiting until the next day makes things tough for me I was told by the male associate and I quote " I was at work busy all day and my world doesn't revolve around YOU!" I get that businesses get busy, but he was the one who offered to call me. If he didn't have the time (even though I activity saw him goofing off when I arrived) I understand, but don't treat your customers rudely when you mess up. The attitude and increasingly poor actions of this associate is the sole reason I'm honestly considering leaving Metro PCS in order to not have to deal with a situation like this one again.
