About Midtown Center
Midtown Center is a Pick N Save location that receives mixed reviews. The store is generally described as clean, with clear pathways, and is often well-stocked. Many employees are noted as being nice and helpful, contributing to a feeling of improved safety inside. The experience can be very pleasing, with good value on groceries and amazing donuts. However, it frequently gets very busy, especially in the evening, leading to long lines and many people outside. Some reviews criticize the customer service as rude and in need of more training, while others find the selection could be better. The self-checkout is highlighted as a convenient and cheap way to get specific amounts of cash back.
