When you see signs about concourses, you see a lot of retail stores. Turn right just past the restrooms. This is all before TSA, so anyone can shop here.

Have always loved this hidden gem at the MKE airport, but the newly expanded kids section is amazing. There is now a book-lined room with toys and a train set, perfect for kids to play while you browse. Could easily spend an hour here. Worth getting to the airport early just for this!
