The staff here is always friendly and more than willing to explain what your car needs and why. I never feel like I’m being ripped off or swindled. Costs are reasonable. The only downside is that waits can be very long even for simple oil changes when it’s busy, regardless of having an appointment.

Wanted to start off by saying I did NOT buy a vehicle here.Last year, they had received a Type R, and put a 20k markup on the vehicle, bringing it to over 60k with all of their accessories aswell (ceramic coating and other things). I passed on this.I get a call Jan 9th, and they had left a voicemail stating they have a great deal going on for the incoming Type Rs. I called the number back and got hung up on after waiting over 15 minutes on the phone! I can’t imagine I am the only one that got treated like that. I usually don’t leave reviews, but they seem to not care about the customer. I have already purchased a Type R from another dealer, but this would be really interesting for a person wanting to buy it!

I recently had the pleasure of looking for a used car at Russ Darrow Honda, and I must say that my experience with the salesman, Spencer Foster, was exceptionally positive. From the moment I walked onto the lot, he greeted me warmly and showed a genuine interest in understanding my needs and preferences.Mr. Foster was incredibly knowledgeable about the various cars on the lot and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. What impressed me most was his transparency. He openly shared information about the car's history, any previous issues. This level of honesty was a breath of fresh air compared to the stereotypical image of pushy sales tactics.Throughout the negotiation process, Spencer was fair and reasonable. He worked with me to find a price that both met my budget and reflected the value of the car. There was no high-pressure salesmanship, and he was genuinely focused on ensuring I felt comfortable with the decision. Unfortunately, I found a better deal and interest rate at another dealership, something that was completely out of his control. My experience with Mr. Foster was a positive deviation from the stereotypes associated with used car salesmen. His honesty, knowledge, and customer-centric approach made the entire buying process enjoyable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a used car.

Great experience at the Russ Darrow Honda Metro Mall! Peyton was very knowledgeable and patient. Easily answered all my questions & wasn’t afraid to fact-check for himself if he was unsure. Didn’t make me feel like he was just trying to sell me a car, you could tell that he really wanted to help me find something that fit my needs!

Only because our salesperson was easy to work with did I give a 2 star. So the Finance Manager I'm not a fan of. He with a smile literally on his face, tells us how much he's making on our deal. 3900 Unprofessional - also to not offer us Special Financing through American Honda Finance on a Certified SUV also Unprofessional lack of customer service. Guess information overload is a thing of the past? Was waiting for our survey but nothing arrived probably won't either. We refinanced it with our bank & now we need another smaller SUV too but we won't be browsing here again, so nah, we're good. Thank you for this one & only. Nice SUV

My experience is the very reason why people hate car salesmen and the process of buying a car. I recently inquired about buying out my 2020 CRV lease which is ending soon. My lease contract states the buyout price is $20k. A sales manager provided me with the offer you see in the photo. $26,000 to buy it out with a monthly payment of $615 for 72 months and an interest rate of 8.5%…. Is it just me or is the math not mathing??? $615 times 72 months equals $44,280 on a $34k ish crv which I have already paid $15k on... Do the math and see if the numbers make sense. The monthly payments are significantly higher than the grossly inflated buyout price they are asking. $26,000 plus 8.5% interest divided by 72 months equals a monthly payment of $391.80… I was also told I have to re-certify it for $2k in order to qualify for Honda financing! I understand I don’t have to buy the lease through them but I was a loyal customer with 3 consecutive purchases from them! Don’t they appreciate my business??? If you have purchased a car through them, I strongly suggest you re-calculate the numbers and payments you make. They are LYING to you and charging you more than you think for the vehicle! I can accept higher prices so long as they are transparent about them, which they are not. Ask the finance person to explain their calculations to get to your monthly payment and I promise they won’t. Is this practice even legal??? Might be worth a phone call to the state district attorney’s office…

Very disappointed. I have been leasing through them for a few years now, along with my mother and sister. Want to turn in my lease early because I got my lease when there were no chips and paying $560 a month for a Civic base trim lease. I would like to buy a used car, around $10-$12K that would last me 2 years (so I can lease again when prices go down). Was told by a salesman 'I am looking or a unicorn.' Really, no one has a used, reliable car for $10-$12K?! I understand if I drove 100K miles a year, ! drive 4000 miles a year! I think that just shows they want a pretty penny for their cars. I appreciate the honesty, but I cannot believe there are no cars that are $10-$12K that will not last 8K miles! It just means I will buy from another dealership.

If you’re looking to get a new vehicle I highly recommend not going to Russ Darrow and going to Honda city. Russ Darrow sent me a vehicle quote that was a 26k MSRP vehicle quoted at 32k!! I got the same vehicle at Honda city, for MSRP not a dime more. This place is a scam and if you don’t do your research they’ll scam you.

We took our son's Honda Fit in here for necessary maintenance but asked our service advisor, Rachel Aguilar, if they could also look at two other items of concern. First of all, Rachel was great! She was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative. She definitely added to our positive experience! The service department quickly took care of the maintenance we needed, but also helped us with the two additional items we asked about. A service member even sent our son a video about what was done and recommendations for going forward. Our service appointment was at 10:00, and by 3:00 the car was done. We've haven't had the best of luck with cars lately, so having things go seamlessly at Honda was a nice and much needed experience.

Worst dealership I have ever stepped into. I went in to see a car, signed an offer sheet and was going in two days later to pay for it and pick it up. Sales person said it would be taken off the market once we signed the sheet. 2 hours before I was going to pick up the vehicle, the manager called to tell me they sold the car the day before. Their website says on the "About Us" Page under "Customer Commitment" -Our number one goal is to provide an uncompromised customer experience. We do that by developing relationships of trust and delivering results. Our customers are the lifeblood of our business and we always strive to deliver respect, courteousness, fairness, honesty and transparency to them. The manager needed to make a couple extra bucks I guess, so he most likely has no conscience and doesn't' follow his own customer commitment. His comment was he has been doing this a long time (AKA - most likely meaning screwing people for a long time) and its first come first serve even if you sign something. Worst part is I told my 16 year old we found his car for his birthday and now we have nothing and have to start over. Wonder how they do internet sales and keep their promise on selling a customer a car. Stay far away from these people as they are as shady as they come, especially the manager. FYI I have been told by others in the industry that as a customer, you can file a complaint with the state when dealerships do things like this.

Russ Darrow honda service department is a hot mess. They were great for two years then the problems started. How do you forget to install a skid plate after a oil change, a foot and a half by two feet piece of metal.Get your tires rotated and forget to put the lug nut key back. All the construction here glad i didn't get a flat.Check your vehicle after you get serviced or you could be stuck high and dry for someone's stupid mistake.

My intuition was telling me not to go to this place and boy was I right. I called them ahead of time to schedule an oil change, during which time I was told an appointment wouldn’t be necessary and service was on a first-come-first-serve basis. So I came an around 4:10p and waited until 4:40p in the service line as directed. No one came to the car, no one asked any questions… nothing. Every other dealership department I’ve gone to actually follows the same check-in procedure, except this one of course. Trash. But this isn’t anything new with Russ Darrow. But as always, there’s plenty of places to get an oil change from with much better service. This location just happened to be the closest in the area.

We traded our CR-V in for a Hybrid model and Christopher Stoflet assisted us with the process. I have fairly high anxiety around cars and the whole process and he made us feel unrushed and stayed late to make sure we could drive away in our new vehicle. Thanks for your time and assistance Chris.
