The staff here is always friendly and more than willing to explain what your car needs and why. I never feel like I’m being ripped off or swindled. Costs are reasonable. The only downside is that waits can be very long even for simple oil changes when it’s busy, regardless of having an appointment.

We had a really good experience with Russ Darrow Honda Associates at this location Metro Mall Milwaukee. Sale person Porsche . Very nice welcome and respectful. Very quick and smooth paperwork.

If you’re looking to get a new vehicle I highly recommend not going to Russ Darrow and going to Honda city. Russ Darrow sent me a vehicle quote that was a 26k MSRP vehicle quoted at 32k!!
