Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel is a gorgeous and creative hotel located downtown, a short walk to hundreds of shops, bars, and restaurants. It is in a great location, adjacent to venues like the Pabst Theater and a short walk to catch a Bucks game. The rooms are immaculate, gorgeous, very modern, funky, and artsy, often with an incredible view of the city. The hotel was clean and the property is great. The service is frequently highlighted as fantastic, with employees described as nice, professional, kind, intuitive, welcoming, and going above and beyond. Many staff interactions are remembered for their warmth, respect, and kindness, contributing to a great experience. The general manager and managers are noted as caring. Check-in is very quick and includes a complimentary champagne. Parking underneath the hotel is real easy. However, one consistent flaw mentioned is the service from the night bartenders, who are described as very rude, very unkind, and not friendly, with recommendations to stay away from them. The day bartenders are noted as great. Despite this, guests highly recommend the hotel, state they will be back, and can't wait to stay again, often left with feelings of joy and appreciation for the incredible service relative to the room rate.

We stopped here to have our last night before we head to the hospital to have our second baby. To our surprise!! They left us a gift with an adorable stuff dog, chocolates with a kind note wishing us happiness with our new baby. š this meant a lot to us. The room was so unique but beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

Dan and Andrew very helpful and friendly. He came to our room and brought all our bags down to lobby. Dan and Andrew also load our belongings in the suv. The hotel and service were amazing.
