“I loved my stay here, but what impressed me even more was the service I received after my visit. I had a billing issue and didn’t discover it until I expensed my stay for work. I called the hotel and Medina (excuse any misspellings) listened to my issue with concern, took down my information, and told me she would speak with her manager. I received a phone call back about 90 minutes later with a resolution above and beyond what I expected. I will certainly be back when visiting Milwaukee!”
“We stayed at BrewHouse Inn & Suites for our entire wedding weekend and reserved a block for our guests - we couldn’t have been happier with the experience! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, beautifully blending historic charm with exposed brick accents that give everything a warm, timeless feel. One of the standout features was the stunning Copper Kettle Atrium, where we hosted our cocktail hour and took some of our favorite wedding day photos—it’s such a unique and unforgettable space. Every part of the team—from the friendly front desk staff to the attentive event coordinators, catering, and bartenders—went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Their professionalism and genuine care made our wedding weekend truly special and stress-free.”
“Beautiful building, convenient location.Comfortable bed, nice, big bathroom, minimal furnishing in room. but enough. No staff onsite, so no amenities. Pretty good email communication. No elevator, no ice machine but there is small amount of ice downstairs. small Keurig machine in room but only a couple of pods and no way to request more. Would suggest bringing your own if you like more than a small cup coffee in your room daily - and maybe bring some extra bottled water too.”
“Historical Hotel, so you can understand the dated rooms. The literally use keys not fobs for doors. You have to check in either online or on a pad before you go to the desk, which I find silly. The person at the front desk should explain you need the fob the give you for parking to get out of parking lot. We returned our keys and the fob got to the gate with our card and realized we couldn't get out of the lot without it. Again silly. All and all a nice affordable hotel.”
“We booked months in advance. Did not get what we asked, instead we got a room with no view, left over seems like, after we are told that there was nothing available.”

One of my family members accidentally left a bag at the Amtrak station, and without hesitation, Christy immediately went back to the station to help retrieve it. She handled the entire situation with such kindness, urgency, and professionalism, which made an incredibly stressful moment so much easier for us.
I work in hospitality myself, so I know exceptional service when I see it - Christy exemplifies it. “Met expectations. Nice sized room that was clean with a good bed and linens. Breakfast was the brand's staples which is average. Quiet location for the most part as well. 10 min walk to the lakefront which helps if there are events there. Valet was $40, which was more than expected.”
“We love staying at this hotel when we come to Milwaukee. They have the best cocktail bar with a rooftop. The rooms are always nice and welcoming, love the fireplace in the rooms.”

“This is a really excellent airport hotel. We arrived late night and Dean got us checked in in a very efficient and timely fashion - he provides excellent service. The rooms are very nice - they seem relatively recently renovated and are quite spacious. Would definitely recommend if in need of a quick stay near MKE.”

“I didn't like that we had to walk through the casino to get to the hotel. No parking for the hotel part unless you use valet. No smoking inside but no easy access to my vehicle to smoke outside.”
“Very close to the airport, very well decorated and clean main floor and shared spaces. The staff was really kind and they had cute grab and go bags with adorable hand drawn drawings on them which just would brighten up anyone's day (the staff member who did them needs a raise and is very kind! I think her name was ROZ). The room itself was clean however the pool and hot tub area (there was like green broccoli like stuff floating in the hot tub and the corners were black) were a bit dirty and the walls in the elevator, walls in the halls, and walls on the door were visibility dirty (however I'm assuming they are tough stains that are hard to get out and the only way to fix them would be repaint which is probably very expensive and difficult to coordinate for a busy hotel near the airport). I would stay here again happily if I needed to bring someone to the airport early ☺!”

“**1st Visit** Budget Friendly** 18 - 20 Minutes From Downtown. **Free Breakfast (with meat). A fairly stocked Bar (with Bartender), and a TV Cove, w/ Barstools, are all located near the Lobby. You can place an order of food from the kitchen. Very Clean room / bathroom. The Sofa Bed Area has an Entertainment Section. The Staff is Awesome!! Shout Out To: 1) Bartenders: Zach, and Char 2) Front Desk Staff Member: Mia, who helped my with my Early Check In (Over the phone before arriving), 3) the ENTIRE Front Desk Crew, and 4) ENTIRE The Cleaning Staff!! Everyone was extremely accommodating! I'll definitely be back.! My New FAVE!Rooms: Very Clean with plenty of Towels. The Shower wall is stocked with Soap, Shampoo, etc. The Business Desk & Connections are in the Room. The sofa bed and coffee/ tea / fridge setup, is sectioned away from the main bed. Large TV.Nearby activities: 18 to 20 Minutes from Downtown / Airport. 12 to 15 Minutes from Wauwatosa / Wauwatosa Mall.Snow Tubbing in Franklin. Domes. SummerFest. FIServ / NBA Milwaukee Bucks.Safety: Nice Area / North Side of town, near where I grew up. You DON'T see anyone wandering around the streets.Food & drinks: Lobby Bartender. Kitchen.”

“Good and clean rooms, the view outside your window can be hit or miss, my view was pebbles while my friend’s view was an outlook of the lake. They have free popcorn in the lobby which is very spacious and nice. The hotel is also connected to a very nice food court with a variety of food options”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good and different every day, and the hotel staff was friendly and took care of every request within minutes. Kay went out of her way to find us the one item we forgot to pack. It was a busy Summerfest weekend and the only reason I give location 4 stars is highway construction made it about twice as long to get to the venue as we thought, but that's not their fault. We would definitely come back.”
“The entry is nice and smells great!! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only hiccup I found is with the rooms not having a curtain that blocks out the light only a sheer pull down shade.
And if you ever go to a hotel where there are children...take the top floor because it could be a restless night.”
