Childcare staff is great, management not so much. Little to no communication. No longer using their services, would not recommend for children under 3.

This was one of my worst experiences working in the child development field. I don't recommend anyone to work for this non-profit organization. It's not worth leaving your current employer. The work culture is very poor and controlling.
St. Ann Center's Bucyrus Campus is a child and adult day care in Milwaukee, open 6am to 6pm Monday-Friday. We care for children, adults with disabilities, frail elders, and people with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
Our nonprofit center provides community-based health & wellness services for clients, their families and the community, from overnight respite care to massage/physical/occupational therapies to a warm-water, wheelchair-accessible pool.
People all ages & abilities experience the joys of life through art, music, and spending their day together. We believe no one should have to be alone, and that engaging positively with others delays or eliminates the need for institutionalization.
