Best strength based group fitness in MKE. The instructors are amazing and preview the workout/ talk through form before the start of class. The vibe and music keep you motivated throughout the workout. Classes are about 45-50min from start to finish.10/10 would recommend.

A strength/lifting focused workout with a perfect dose of cardio! I feel stronger than I ever have after coming here consistently. The environment and community that Train Moment creates is motivating and inspiring. No matter what level of fitness you walk in at, these workouts will challenge you to continuously improve. 5 stars!

An awesome, full body work out every time! The programming is simple and functional, yet SO effective. The coaches are welcoming and give great instruction for proper form. Everyone there is so kind, supportive, and motivating. It’s welcoming to beginners but the more you go the more you challenge yourself!

Can't say enough about this gym & workout. Motivating, energizing, challenging - 10/10 workout.knowledgable instructors, great vibe and community. they have a great intro deal & would highly recommend trying. You will be hooked!

Train Moment sets the standard so high for fitness! Now that I moved out of state, I cannot find anything even remotely comparable. The coaches are knowledgeable and truly care about improving your form. I also appreciated how intentional and effective the workouts were. Incredible atmosphere and 10/10 on cleanliness. Cannot recommend more (especially now that I realize it’s rare to come across a fitness studio like this)!!!

I played basketball in college and post graduation, I found myself super lost. I knew I wanted to continue my fitness journey but could not find a gym that challenged me mentally and physically the way my collegiate sport did. Train Moment was my answer!! I could not be more thankful to find a gym that checks all the boxes for me. Highly recommend checking it out, you won't be disappointed

Train moment is the best gym I’ve belonged to in the Midwest, and I’ve bounced around quite a bit. The facility is immaculate— always clean, beautiful, brand new equipment, and thoughtfully designed. The coaches are friendly, well-informed, and incredibly talented. They all bring their personalities to their individual classes, which can be seen in varying playlists, and the class energy. I’ve never felt so supported in a group fitness environment, and I’ve also never felt this confident (or strong!!!) in my fitness journey. The workouts are accessible but always challenging, the instruction is top-tier, and I literally never get bored. I’ve been a member for just over a year and can’t see that changing. Do yourself a favor and get in to try it out!!!!
