Lane assist and backup camera are just a couple of features this Zipcar has to offer.At first the check engine light was on and I was on the phone with Customer Support. After some troubleshooting, which wasn't working, she tried one thing on her end and got the car started remotely! It was honestly pretty impressive.”

“Scheduler worked with me to deliver within the window I needed with no hassle, delivery driver coordinated with me the day of to make sure the time was good, and the delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure my items got where they needed to go on the property. Really excellent experience, would highly recommend anyone use them if getting large deliveries for renovations or just bulky items.”
“We've been using DDL for several years now. It is my one stop, go- to for seamless shipping. Jolie is our contact. She stays on top of the shipments start to finish and is always a pleasure to work with. Yesterday we had a customer, in a down situation, who needed a 170 lb. shipment delivered overnight. We went straight to Jolie at DDL, who brought in her colleague Shawn. Shawn not only made it happen, he followed the shipment and gave updates through the night. Our customer was saved. “Took a bus from Milwaukee to Green Bay to visit Lambeau for my first time. The bus was clean, the trip was smooth, and everything was on time.
The plot thickens when, on the way home, we are arriving back in Milwaukee and I realize I couldn't find my phone. We searched our area to no avail. I filed a lost item report with Lambeau but was resigned that my phone was gone. The next day I tried the locate my device google feature (had never used this before) and it ping'd at the Badger Bus office in South Milwaukee. Once I got in contact with the staff, they responded promptly via email and were extremely helpful and courteous. A cleaning crew found my phone and had it waiting for me when I came to pick it up. I encountered nothing but kind, polite, and responsive people when dealing with Badger Bus staff. Could not expect any better customer service.”

“Zip car is a great way for me to take care of a few important things while my own car out of order. Lol. Occasionally, you a get filthy car (looked like one had been used by the same person and treated like a personal vehicle) Otherwise, I rarely have issues with pick up, use, or drop off.”

“Such a fantastic idea. The Milwaukee market may be small still, but it's growing! Zipcar was just bought by Avis/Budget which is going to be huge. But for right now, the Zipcar service in Milwaukee is pretty awesome on its own. It's meant to be used when you just need a car for a few hours for stuff like running errands, or moving a thing, or going out to the burbs for some reason. There is a yearly fee, which is not a lot, and then each car is usually $8 or $9 per hour. There are options for renting for longer. Best part: YOU DO NOT PAY FOR GAS. The cars are really nice, ranging from hybrid to SUV. Reserve online or smartphone app. Unlock with a card, or unlock with your phone! We're living in the future, people! UWM and Marquette students/staff/employees get discounts, but anyone can sign up. Cars available on campus, or East Side. Check it out!”
