The store is well stocked and I found some good stuff there but the employees are so rude.
One of the employees yelled at me because I didn’t put the clothing away after trying stuff on, “because it’s more work for us” and told me to hang them back up… Like, that’s a part of your job…
You can’t carry your own bags in there because people steal. I was trying to get someone to ring me up while I watched the employees ignore me and yell at a woman and threaten to call the cops because she was a shoplifter at this location. The cashier was also talking on her phone while I was trying to get her attention.
I won’t be coming back here because they were so unpleasant. I have done retail before and I would *never* treat customers this way.

A lot of clothing options and the employees are Top tier. very helpful and welcoming. People putting a lot of 1 star reviews because of the neighborhood but that's not within the Stores control so definitely 5 stars from me.

Coming here is a bit unpleasant because it's pretty run down out front. Usually sketchy looking people hanging around outside and in the parking lot. It doesn't feel too good inside the store either. I've started to try to avoid it. They have a nice jewelry section and some helpful people working the counter. Not a bad place ... It just feels a bit run down in there ..

The boss, Ann, is vilely nasty and bigoted. When you ask her a question, she hardly looks up at you and dismisses you. She invents exorbitant prices for items that aren't worthwhile. As the "manager," she does as she pleases and doesn't give a damn. She acts needlessly and rudely, as if she enjoys it. She not only treats her employees poorly, but also her clients! 0/10 experience! This place needs to be boycotted or she needs to be fired for the better!

This location had a great furniture selection on my visit. Very fair prices compared to other chains and very friendly workers. Keep it up!

The people in this store are not friendly, they do not announce as elsewhere that they are already going to close, I went and they closed the box five minutes before the closing time, when I approached to pay, they denied me the sale of what I wanted and told me to be another day. I asked him to keep those products for me, I would go the next day at the time they open the store, he told me that they could not Do that, the cashier turned around and ignored me, she went into the office and talked to other employees. What is the point of not being able to keep those things for me, if they are going to sell it anyway? I'd rather go to Goodwill than there. In Goodwill if they keep the things that you ask of them. And they are kind, and they have everything in order and clean. I will not buy there again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Love the prices but staff tends to be rude. Also if you close at 6 don't lock your doors at 5:30. That means you close at 5:30...

There was a chair there I wanted with no price the chair very similar was 12.00 I asked a cashier she asked her lady her Manager how much she yelled out 30.00 I said wow why so much how do you determine prices here, she yelled out I'm the manager I just make them up as I go ? not very kind at all. She put it back and wrote 60.00 like lady chill out . You work at value village .
