Value Village offers a wide selection of clothing and furniture at fair prices. Many customers appreciate the helpful and welcoming employees, although some have reported rudeness from staff. The store is well organized and features a good variety of seasonal items, including a special section for fancier women's dresses. While some reviews mention concerns about closing times and pricing, frequent sales and a great selection keep shoppers coming back for more. Overall, it is a popular spot for budget-friendly finds.
I had a rude encounter with the store manager because I took a shopping cart outside to bring my donations inside. How did she know whether I asked another employee if it was ok to use the cart?
