Everytime I tried to call family member I was put on hold for almost an hour, or they hung up on me. The hospital is great in person. But the communication services need help desperately.

Night Shift front receptionists from emergency were being very rude and disrespectful to people. Once I got in a room I was told I had to do a pee test to see if I was pregnant even though I said I wasn’t and when I did the pee sample the nurse was no where to be found I had to find someone else to give it to.

I was treated with courtesy and respect. I felt the care I recieved was excellent. I just wish they had a pharmacy on-site so I didn't need to drive around trying to find a 24 hour pharmacy.

ER department told me Two days they would have test results regarding my GI symptoms. 3 weeks later still nothing but watery stools. The worst care ever. The asian nurse was Rude and mean. With sweat dripping off my forehead I asked if I could please have some water showing her the sweat I wiped off my dripping forehead with my hand. I was dehydrated clearly, and nurse told me she would physically stop me if I tried to drink water. Had to go drink out the bathroom faucet. Male nurse walked by my room several times as I yelled "hey, hello, excuse me sir" with absolutely no attention paid to me like I'm invisible. No excuse or reason for how or why they treated me like this at all. Wasted time and money/bills. Never ever going back to risk being put threw that ever again. Im done with them period. Save your reply message too. Now St Luke's here I come.

Nurses was nice, but the doctor they gave me wasn’t. She was so unprofessional only came to my room once never even gave me a diagnosis. Didn’t tell me what I should do. Never even came back to the room . Never going there again.

This is the first time in a long time that I have been going here where I actually felt good. Like they were listening and they were very helpful and friendly. Most times I would hate going here, because the staff was mean and just didn't care about the patient. This time around was a great experience.

Everyone hates having to go to the ER.I entered on a late Sunday afternoon and was promply checked in by the gals at the front desk who were polite and professional. The assistant taking vitals was also polite and professional. Everyone else i had an encounter with such as ER Dr Vogds, the nurse David and the xray staff and respiratory lady were professional and friendly.I'll take St. Francis Hospital over StLuke's anytime.

This was the best experience I've had here yet. Everyone was absolutely awesome. I was so very taken care of. Everyone knew their stuff. My doctor was sweet professional and wonderful.

Everyone was so polite and helpful. They listen to me as I was explaining what pain I was having. I would highly recommend St. Francis Hospital ER to anyone. Didn't have to wait, they checked me in, did usual vitals and put in a waiting room for doctor or NP.

After crashing face first off of a scooter I found myself getting stitched up at midnight on a Saturday. I was out within 2 hours and everyone was a lot nicer to me than I was to them (my sincerest apologies). Any way, my stitches look great and overall it was about as good of an ER experience that you could have.

Everyone was so respectful and I really appreciate it.I was in a room as soon as I got there and the nurses were very helpful and the XRay technician was very helpful and very patient with me I would recommend this hospital to my family and friends

I was given excellent care and compassion while being treated. Nurse practitioner Anne was one of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever been treated by. Her time and patience and concern for me is what will make me never second guess myself again to go to this hospital.

IT WAS TERRIBLE. I WOULD NOT GO BACK. I NEVER SAW A DOCTOR DURING MY TIME THERE. ENDED UP LEAVING WITH THE SAME PAIN I HAD WHEN I WALKED IN. I WAS JUST PLACED IN A ROOM AND LEFT THERE FOR HOURS. MY ONLY CONTACT WAS A NURSE WHO CANE TO ADMINISTER MEDICATION 2 TIMES AND THAT WAS IT. STILL HAVE THE SAME PAIN BUT I WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT HOSPITAL I WILL GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE.

I will n can not give a single rating. The nurses that was in charge yesterday was by far the worse nurse in medical history. I waited in the waiting room for 3 and a half hours. I was told I'm waiting for a special room because I'm s critical patient.. huh? If I require immediate attention why would u sit me in a waiting room for hours and allow minor cases before me. I was scared, in pain, alone and shocked. Yesterday was the worst experience I ever had in health care. I really feel the ones who worked yesterday needs to be retrained. Next time someone will not be so lucky. Disappointing!!!!
