First I love the way her store looks . It's neat! organized! and easy to shop! and very helpful! I say this because the day before I was at the Eagle River Store and it wasn't the same experience. I was disappointed and annoyed by the service. (long story) and I don't want to get too negative, but Carissa listen to me and apologized for my experience.
