“Never been a gym goer but I LOVE coming here. Staff is always friendly. They keep it very clean as well. Mostly an older crowd so it's quiet and non-judgmental. Sandi is the personal trainer there and if I could I'd give her 5 stars as well. She's taught me not only how to use the machines but how to work out properly. Wonderful atmosphere to workout in and a good variety of machines or tools to use. Would recommend to everyone in the area looking for a gym. If you get a membership, you can use it at the other tone zone gyms in eagle river and rhinelander.”
