“I recently found some parts on line that looked like they would work for my car. I called and spoke to Christa who indicated that they parts were coded as being in good condition. I mentioned the concern I had as it is a known concern for these parts. Before shipping out, she assured they were checked and it was determined that they had they same issue for what I was looking to replace. I was called immediately and advised these would not be a smart purchase and the order was cancelled and I was immediately refunded.
