They usually greet you upon entry and get the requested tasks done quickly. I've been using Chase for decades.

Every time I go here, I have a good experience. Today, I probably had the best customer service experience of my life. I had a couple of issues related to my debit card. The Chase bank closest to me is in Middleton, North High Point. I will drive an extra 10 miles round trip to use this chase branch in Monona. All of the staff of this branch actually want to help you and will do the best they can for you. Not true of the one closest to me.
