“I wanted to share something about a follow-up I had with this branch today!
I got a survey offer on my last visit through their Drive-Up window. I mentioned in the comments that I think a lane with a higher reach for the dispenser tube would be better. I drive a F250 Pick-Up truck, and it’s a bit tricky to get to the dispenser because of how tall the truck is.
Guess what? Not long after I sent in my survey, I got a call from the branch thanking me for my input and saying it was being passed along to the commercial real estate team.
I really appreciate the response and that they actually listen!”
