Super helpful staff! They were happy to answer questions, checked in as I was shopping, offered advice and everyone was super friendly! They have a nice sized inventory of backsplash options and prices and are very reasonable.

You are better off using the local companies.
No one knows what is going on. We had a special order that they encouraged use to do vs a stocked item and 10 weeks later we still don’t have it.
They are refusing to reimburse us and no one has any answers. This project will never end thanks to these guys and gals!

I’ve never been to Floor &Decor, which is a surprise since I’m obsessed with tile. I was greeted by a kind employee Colin who was very friendly and helpful towards me. I’ve been having trouble walking due to an injury and he graciously went to get a cart for me to drive around comfortably and take my time choosing samples. He carried my counter sample throughout the process and suggested some very nice suggestions for my backsplash. He and his colleague Evron(can’t remember his name) even carried my selections to my car. Great staff !

I came into Floor & Decor just to browse custom quartz countertops, and I was so impressed with the variety and quality. But the real standout moment was when I went to leave and my car wouldn’t start. I was stuck in the parking lot, unsure of what to do, when Abraham, one of the amazing employees, noticed my situation. Without hesitation, he took time out of his day to help me jump my car! His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made my day. This is hands down the best store with the best employees. Thank you, Abraham, and thank you Floor & Decor for the incredible customer service!

We came into Floor & Decor to browse as we were planning to remodel our bathroom. Your amazing employee Sage stopped by to help us. He took the time to answer all our questions patiently and showed us many options. Sage was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend shopping at Floor & Decor in Monona. I am working with a local tile person on tiling my shower, and they told me to go to Floor & Decor to pick out what I want. I really had no idea where to start. Sage approached me and asked if I needed help. He took his time with me and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He also has a good creative eye to help you consider other options to get you into the process. He also shared they have a design team if you want more thorough feedback if that is needed. In my case I don't think I needed more, but's it was nice to have Sage who was experienced enough to bounce ideas off of while I narrowed down to a few options. I'll be going in the next few days to buy our tile, and recommend the same to others.
