They were extremely patient with me when I got a bit flustered (cargo vans being new-ish to me). ALSO, I accidentally left my credit card there, and Mary went to the effort of calling my bank! First of all, she helped us with our selections as she was extremely knowledgeable about all the countless features of their washers and dryers and answered every question we could come up with, which really helped us with our decisions. Then she took excellent care of every little detail of the sale, as well as arranging for the delivery, and she offered additional helpful information that made that day and later on when we moved all so smooth. On top of that Cathy was really pleasant to work with which made the grueling task of purchasing big appliances much more enjoyable :) Now my husband and I are settled into our new home and extremely happy with the washer and dryer that Cathy assisted us with - and the delivery and setup provided from the Hudson WI Home Depot went perfectly well too, thanks to Cathy arranging it all.
