“Extended hours which is great for people that work and can't make it on time to wash clothes by 9:00 p.m. they are open until midnight and they also have a wide range of different washers and dryers and also have a huge washer away from washing many many clothes at once. Good amenities there as well.”

There was a kind older man working who was extremely helpful whose wit and charm reminded me of my uncle. The prices were comparable to other facilities. “Cleanest (I passed up two other laundromats) and in a great neighborhood. Traveling from out of town and felt safe alone there at 6:30 am. (Ladies you know what I mean). Staff came in a little later and friendly and helpful. Speed Queen and Maytag machines worked great. Used three washers and six dryers, both worked well, out in under two hours.”

“Honestly, was very disappointed when they raised their prices at the beginning of this year. So much so that I tried out other laundromats to find a replacement. What I can say is that other laundromats charge the exact same, if not more, for facilities that are poorly maintained, dirty, with older machines that take longer to clean your clothes. I have started coming back to Parktowne Laundry as it truly is the best in the area. Always clean, I frequently run into staff cleaning or performing maintenance, which is nice to see.”

“I can’t say enough about the quality of the dry cleaning done by Professional Cleaners in Monona. Great attention to detail (catching and removing spots), meticulous pressing, and always cheerful. Also took in a couple of shirts I was about to throw out (serious neck sweat stains) and they are now hanging in my closet - perfectly acceptable to wear. Great place!”
