Manager Jamie and sales rep Colin are great- they were extremely helpful and patient. They took the time to explain all of the answers to my questions. I would recommend this location and these two to anyone. They were great I came out of the store very happy, relived and less stressed!

Do yourself a favor and ask for Sean, he is a wealth of knowledge, and truly wants to help. Sean takes ownership of problems when other associates would kick the can down the road, he is a difference maker, and someone that would be great leading others!!

Stopped in for a phone upgrade. In general the upgrade went smoothly and quickly, however after the fact i found out that i had paid them about $50 bucks as a set up and go fee, and they also added a $19/month fee to my account for device protection without my knowledge or consent. Fair to say, i have no trust in this agent location, and will not return. I recommend anyone stopping in here to ask alot of questions and get specific about costs from them prior to signing any agreements.

Horrible customer service. I am new to Verizon. I needed to drop my âtrade inâ off. This location is a few mins from my place. I stopped in. I was the only customer. The gal working never greeted me. I had to say hi first, told her what I needed. The girl was very rude to me. Acted as if it was huge inconvenience of me even being there. When speaking to me she had an attitude. I explained things to her and she insulted me saying â I donât think you understand what I am saying to you. At that point I took my trade ins back and told her very clearly I was going to a different location.
At the other location I told them what I needed and they offered me additional help with one of the phones that I hadnât been able to clear. I was able to trade in both phones in less than 20mins. The time it took me to drive to another location. I could have had them traded in at the original store I stopped at.
The staff needs more training on customer service skills. Also needs training on the technical aspect of the phones. Cause it was a very simple fix to do what needed to be done to trade the one phone in.
Worst customer service Iâve ever had. An if I wasnât already a customer with them. I definitely wouldnât be after this treatment.

Absolutely Terrible In-Store & Online Experience â Avoid This Location!
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at Verizon Wireless. I upgraded to a new phone and traded in my old one, expecting the promotional credit I was promised. Fast forward 60 days later â surprise â the promotion was never applied. On top of that, my bill was suddenly $65 higher due to extra charges that should not have been there in the first place.
When I called Verizon, they told me this had to be resolved in-store. That meant wasting 5 hours of my day going back and forth to fix their mistake. The original employee who handled my upgrade clearly didnât know what they were doing and completely screwed up my account â and ironically, also messed up the transaction of the person right behind me.
Thank goodness one of the more competent employees was finally able to fix the issue, but that doesnât change the fact that this was an absolute disaster from the start. It should never have taken this much effort to fix this.
Avoid this store at all costs. Terrible Customer Service Poor training, sloppy service, and a complete lack of accountability. Verizon - do better.

I absolutely cannot recommend this store to anyone expecting honesty, transparency, or even basic customer service from its management team.
I had a horrible experience at this store , my first and definitely my last. I went in to buy a kidsâ watch and was told I wouldnât have to pay anything at the time of purchase. However, when I returned to pick it up, I was hit with a surprise âSet Up and Goâ fee, along with other charges totaling over $50 , none of which had been disclosed upfront. There was also a confusing watch-related fee included in the setup charge that I only noticed later on the receipt. To make things worse, when I first arrived, they told me they didnât have my order until I mentioned the original salesperson, then suddenly, the watch appeared from a safe. I was told only a manager could waive the unexpected fee, but of course, no manager was available. Frustrated by the lack of transparency, I decided to return the watch right then and there without ever opening the box, trying it on, or taking it out of the store.
The worst part came when I spoke to a manager named Chris over the phone. I calmly explained that the fees were never disclosed, and that I was told a manager could waive them, especially since Iâd still be paying the activation fee with the service. Instead of listening or helping, Chris was rude, aggressive, and dismissive. He contradicted himself , first claiming all staff are trained to disclose the fee, then saying they donât have to. Even though I never left the store, used or handled the watch, I was still charged a restocking fee, despite being told there wouldnât be one within 30 days. The salesperson said they didnât even know how to set up that particular watch but that they could try. In the end, I was only refunded $20 out of the $52 I had just paid. Chris refused to take any responsibility or offer a solution. I left feeling misled and robbed.

Went to exchange my iphone to this store. The salesman was not straight forward with me and told me I could not upgrade without changing my plan to the most expensive one (losing my grandfathered in plan and price), and then was able to once I questioned why I could not. They also told me the chargers and cords were included with my upgrade until I was going to checkout $481 for chargers that are 4x as much as the apple produced ones and did not show me the checkout until I received the emailed receipt. HIGHLY recommend going to a verizon store and stay away from Victra.

Plenty of Verizon stores in the area. Donât go to this one. Scam artist and took advantage of the elderly. Overcharged for putting on screens and additional screens. Stay away from this place, go to McKee, they are good there.
