“Was travelling south on NYE when my truck didn't feel right so I pulled over at the rest area north of Westfield and found my tire was almost flat. I popped my spare on which wasn't in much better shape. I had enough air to head down the road. I called numerous places around the area and thankfully Napralla was still open. I explained my situation and they told me to come on over and they would work me in. Shortly after I arrived, my tire was being repaired. They even put it back on for me and repaired my spare as well! Everyone there was super friendly. I even spoke with a local gentleman who was there to get a tractor tire repaired who would second my review of Napralla. He confirmed to me that this was a top notch place and they do their best to accommodate anyone who is in a sticky situation. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area or anyone travelling through that needs something fixed. Thanks to them I was able to continue my trip and it didn't ruin my New Years! Great people, fast service, and reasonable prices. Couldn't have been happier given my situation.”
