“I was flying into CWA and I missed my connection at O'hare due to an inbound delay. I was rebooked on the only other flight arriving at 11:30pm. I had already booked a car rental with Hertz but to my dismay, every car rental agency closes early (like 5pm) on Saturday except for Enterprise. I am SO grateful that Scott stayed until my flight arrived and he sent me on my way with my rental car. He was very nice and I am so grateful to not be stranded at the airport without a ride! Received a text the next day saying he was a call away if I needed anything. Excellent customer service! My only gripe is that I couldn't get the young driver fee waived with my AAA membership like Hertz. Hopefully dropping off the car is as pleasant as picking it up. Thank you Scott!”
