Haven’t rented from National for awhile but this latest rental was easy and quick and priced right for the vehicle type and area. The reps at the desk (pick up and drop off car) were professional, very nice and helpful. I will definitely use National in upcoming rentals.

The thing that impresses me the most about national car rental is the consistency of outstanding customer service, regardless of the national location day of the week and time of the day. They are always very courteous and helpful even at 5:00AM. This kind of service is rare these days!
