“They messed up paperwork on a car registration paperwork. We told them about it that day and the lady still goofed. Now they want us to eat $300 to fix their mistake or pay the state an extra $15 a year for their error. Staff was of no help when both my wife and I contacted them after being assured by the state DOT that the bank messed up. Manager reached out after hearing and made things right. Solid response and am surprised by them making it right. Nice work Mound City staff.”
