Spencer about coming in to have brakes replace on our Highlander along with tire rotation and an oil change. Ashleigh suggest the Oil Change service plan, which was awesome suggestion, which we signed up for. Our brakes did not have to be replaced just resurfaced the rotors, new brake pads. Ashleigh was very professional, explained everything in detailed and she saved us money and had our vehicle done exactly when she said it would be done. Will never go to anyone else. She is a definite keeper. Nice job Ziegler for having a courteous employee who cares about your customers.”

“I bought a quadaxle dump box. I dealt with Mike, he worked with me on the phone took measurements. He seemed to work the yard. Sent me pictures.
When I drove 45 min. To see it he was right there to answer questions and Assistant anyway he could. 2 days later I called to purchase it and he had everything done.
Credit Card over the phone. Office lady was super efficient.
I see the 1 star reviews and I have to say, I could not have gotten better service.
I also went into the ebay store and the guy was very pleasant.
This is a big operation, they have parts that you cannot get elsewhere. Be a pleasant person and hopefully you'll get the service that i got. And if someone is at the end of there day and is a little less than polite, so what. Suck it up. You know why? Because they probably have what you need at a great price.”
