Brandon Edmonds waited on me this morning and I could not be more pleased. Being a senior, I am not very knowledgeable with electronics and Brandon treated me with kindness and patience. He fixed my cell phone problem in no time at all. I wish I receive this quality of customer service from other places that I deal with. You are lucky to have Brandon representing your store - he is a keeper!

Shout out to Brandon, the new store manager, in Mukwonago. He spent 2 hours transferring my info to my new phone, as my old phone was a piece of garbage. He went above and beyond! He's very personable, customer service oriented, and funny. I wish him nothing but success!!

After 2 days of struggle transferring from our old provider to U.S. Cellular, I have to give a shout out to Britannie R at the Mukwonago location. She was patient, kind, and spent alot of time with my family to get us situated! Thank you Britannie :)

I would like to give a shout out to Connor for helping me with my return at US Cellular. I had to come back in today because Hunter was working yesterday and didn't know how to help me! He even had ME call corporate myself because he didn't know what I was talking about. And he says he has worked here for over a year.

The lack of customer service is absolutely asinine. I was quoted and told by a sales agent at this US Cellular that my bill would be $160 a month from there on out and got slapped with a much higher bill 2 months later. When I called and spoke to a representative at this branch they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to continue paying the higher bill even though I was quoted a lower bill and even paid the lower rate for 2 months. We will be paying off our phones and switching to a carrier that is more transparent about costs, has more affordable plans, and better customer service. I have been a us cellular customer for 15 years with my family and then on my own with my husband lol and will NEVER be returning. I will not be recommending them to anyone moving forward.

I'll be honest I haven't had good luck with this location in the past so I would go to a different one . But recently I stopped in there because I was having issues with a replacement phone. It looks really nice in there. It used to look dark and run down. And the agent that helped me Nicole was great. I was having trouble getting my sons phone replaced but she helped get it done fast. I will definitely go there from now on.

I went to get my service canceled. It was within the 14 days I could do so. I went to the store and it took 2 hours. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing… I was correct. I just got an email saying I had a past due amount. Come to find out they only suspended the plan not cancel! They need to help the young coworkers. They really have no idea what they are doing. I’m not very happy. I now have to sit on the phone to fix something that should have been done correctly. Really what I want to do when I get off work! :)
