“They’re transparent about the vehicle history, and do what needs to be done to them before selling, but if something is wrong, for example, low transmission fluid level, they’ll top it off. Also, the price listed is the price, so there is pretty much no room for haggling,but it’s not like they try to upsell you on things you don’t need either. Also, they seem to slash the prices anywhere from $500-$2000 before selling. If you are looking for a quality used car, this is a good place to look.”

Full disclosure: I didn't actually end up buying a car with Freeland (this time) but that's no fault of theirs! Adult finances are rough sometimes, and the numbers just weren't there for us...
My wife and I came in looking for a specific vehicle for a certain amount each month after having the runaround with dealerships and all kinds of wacky situations, and Owen just sat us down and did his darndest to work with several credit unions, banks, and other third parties to make that monthly payment work, just like we asked.
He jumped through so many hoops, tried so many variations of percentages and financing options, waited a couple days just to try one last option, and actually helped us meet our goals for the car we wanted. There was no gimmicking or haggling, just straight-shooting and talking like a normal human should.
They might not have been able to sell us the car we wanted at this time, but they certainly bought our business when we are back in the market! These guys are awesome, and yes, they DO operate out of an old schoolhouse!
They even offer you snacks while you're there :)”

After dealing with one headache after another at other dealerships and repair shops, I was starting to think finding an honest dealership was impossible. Then I found Auto House.
Tom, the owner, is a stand-up guy and the definition of someone who still believes a handshake and your word actually mean something.
At one point, a different mechanic told me I needed an entirely new transmission. Before making a very expensive mistake, I called Tom. He told me to bring the car in right away. Within no time, they diagnosed the actual problem, fixed it, and now the car runs great.
More recently, I thought I was having another issue, so I stopped in again. They had my car up on the lift within minutes, looked everything over, and reassured me that everything was safe.
No upselling. No pressure. No trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
It’s honestly refreshing to find a business that’s built on honesty and integrity. In a world where some repair shops seem to think your wallet is the problem that needs fixing, Auto House was the complete opposite.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable place to buy a vehicle, I can’t recommend Auto House enough. Tom and his team have definitely earned a customer for life.”

They followed up with me through text as to where my thought was. I didn’t end up going with the car but the sales people were great with showing me it!”
“I knew what I was looking for and M & M had a vehicle on the lot that matched what I wanted. The vehicle was priced fairly based on my research of the make, model and mileage. I'd looked at many vehicles at this point over the last several weeks within a 500 mile radius. The CarFax and other service documentation by the dealer on this vehicle checked out as did my inspection. Always do your research and have an independent mechanic check out any used vehicle you plan on purchasing.
Mike was super easy to deal with and I was able to just stop in and take an initial look. I scheduled a test drive and ultimately decided to purchase. I have good credit so financing was simple. Brought the down payment, signed the loan papers and drove away with the vehicle in early April 2026. So far I've been super happy with it. It's a used vehicle and some wear is normal. IMO, M & M motors has the best inventory of used Toyota/Lexus, Subaru, Mazda and Honda/Acura's.
Would definitely check them out again should I be in the market for another vehicle.”

“I had a great experience with B&M Auto Sales & Parts, Inc. I was looking for a throttle body for my car and found them while searching online inventory. Their website showed the part in stock, so I placed the order online and selected pickup instead of delivery.
I went there the next morning. They asked if I had received a pickup confirmation, which I had not, but after checking my order, they had the part ready for me in about 6 minutes. The process was quick and easy.
Their pricing was also one of the best I found in the Milwaukee area. I definitely recommend checking their online inventory when looking for used auto parts. You can also call them with your vehicle's VIN number to help locate the correct part.
One suggestion for improvement: their online inventory search could be more user friendly. It would be helpful to have an option to browse all available parts by vehicle make, model, and year range at One Click rather then Section category, which would make comparing options and finding compatible parts much easier.
Overall, great prices, fast service, and a good experience. I would suggest definitely buy parts from B&M Auto Sales & Parts, Inc. again”
