“I cannot thank FESTUS AUTO SALES enough for my experience. I have been terrified to purchase from another dealership as I had a HORRIBLE experience with a different dealership not too far down the road from this place, but FESTUS AUTO made my purchase decision so easy. I am unsure where they found their staff, but they are super friendly! lol. I know that sounds so bad, but in this day and age, it's hard to find good customer service. When you walk in, they offer you free soda, water, coffee and even snacks. Real snacks...not just mints..lol. That alone made me feel a bit more comfortable. I spoke with the salesman, and he didn't seem pushy at all which was another reason why I decided to purchase. The finance lady actually sat down with me to break all of the numbers down and to help me understand my terms. Shocked is an understatement. I have never seen a dealership like this one...especially on the NorthWest side of Milwaukee. The only bad thing that I noticed (If this is a bad thing..meh) was that the heat in the office was a bit hot...lol. I asked for the temperature to be turned down and they did it. Kudos to these people for sure!”

“Dave will support you with the used cars he sells and be totally honest in helping you out afterwards with any issues. He recently repaired a small exhaust leak that developed in the Subaru Legacy I purchased from Manyo Motors on July 8, 2022 (just over two months ago). He did not charge me for this repair, even though the onus is on ME for having purchased an older car at a point in its mileage history and where these things happen. This is MY fault and NOT his responsibility to repair it for free. I should have known these things would happen soon, given the age and mileage of this Subaru Legacy sedan.. Also, one week after I had purchased it, the electronic parking brake warning light/brake failure light came on, and his shop diagnosed that problem for free, even though this problem was the result of the previous owners use/misuse of the parking brake. Manyo Motors checked the car out thoroughly before they put it up for sale, but they never actually used the parking brake, as it is an automatic car and does not really need the parking brake. I was not charged for this diagnosis and was wisely advised to NOT repair the electronic parking brake, as the repair is far too expensive on a used car for something not really posing a danger if I do NOT use it (the parking brake). Again, if you buy a used car, this is the place to go. Julie”

“Bought a Honda Crosstour with very great mileage. When I saw it posted online it looked too good. They let me test drive it and it had a few problems that they were very upfront about and fixed immediately before I purchased, (A/C recharge and breaks). They didn't pressure me at all and answered all of my questions. They are actually a bit too relaxed, but I didn't need over the top customer service just a good car. They let my mechanic take a look with no hesitation. I have had my vehicle for a year now, it's still perfect. I had an incident with my bumper and they recommended a great shop. “We were on a road trip to WI, and our transmission burned out. We went to several different transmission shops for quotes including A&A downtown (same shop different owners).The guys at A&A South were fantastic. And far more reasonable on their pricing for the same work.I am a mechanic and I had removed the transmission and brought it there for A&A South to look at. They provided honest and solid advice.I was impressed with their knowledge and pricing.Unfortunately for us, they have a great customer following and they were 2 weeks out to get to our transmission. I loved their honesty and loyalty to their customer.While they wanted to do our transmission they were unwilling to delay work on other customers to do so. That is the right approach to ensuring their customers get serviced.We ended up at DJ’s transmissions (who were also fantastic). You can see our review of them on google.But, I wanted to give a shout out to A&A South for their honesty and high integrity. That is refreshing to see in the auto repair business.We all have our horror stories on car repair. And I try to do as much as I can on my own.But it was refreshing to find a shop that dealt with us honestly and was really well priced vs the competition.Shop around if you need this kind of work. It’s gonna be expensive. The labor to pull and reinstall a transmission can take 8+ hours.But the guys at A&A South are really great. They know what they are doing and are honest about their work and fair on their prices.”

“I have been to many dealerships in my life, I’ve been talked down to and by others straight up lied to. Yet coming to this dealership was a completely different experience. We walked in and told the host at the front desk we were looking to buy two cars and popping up from a cubicle was our salesperson Lorri. She cared more about what we wanted and less about closing out a sale. Lorri went above and beyond to make sure we got the price we wanted and the vehicles as well. My wife got a Highlander and I wanted a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, Lorri told us that the Hybrid was hard to come by and could even take a year before we can get it. Yet somehow she found one for me and it came in at the perfect time! My wife and I will only go to Heiser Toyota for all of our cars in the future, Lorri made car buying a great experience. Also grateful for Jordan, Colt and Jorge, they were extremely helpful with the paperwork and getting the cars ready for us!
