Not only was the issue resolved but he gave us a discount for our troubles, I will definitely be coming back now that I know Tilly's puts their customers first. “I find it difficult to find clothes that are in style but age appropriate. I’m not in my 20’s anymore so finding clothes I like is difficult.I loved everything in the store! If I could afford to buy it all I would have!They had a great assortment of outfits from casual, business casual, ladies night out and more! “We had been to multiple dress stores to find a prom dress for my daughter. Other shops were understaffed and rude and way overpriced for pre owned dresses. Windsor came highly recommended by a friend . The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The store was organized and clean! My daughter got a dress we love and it fits her perfectly, shoes and her necklace and earrings for $265!! At a resale shop we almost settled with a gown that would have needed altering in several places,costing $450 for a pre owned dress!! There is no doubt in my mind that we will be back to purchase more dresses and gowns in the future!”

“I've had nothing but good experiences here. It's pretty much the only place I go for good fitting bras. They are expensive, but when you hit a sale, it's easy to stock up. They measure you for bras which is a great free service. I had to exchange and it was easy. Also I scan the sales to acks first. Their clothes tend to be a bit pricey.”

There are still some good deals, and it is nice to see items in person, even if you need to order a different size. “Chicos has been one of my favorite stores since 2007, but even more so now that I am retired. The clothes are beautiful, fun, colorful, unique, whimsical, and very well made. You feel pretty wearing their stuff, plus you get compliments from others. Their sizing number system is unique. What I like about it most, is my size with them will always fit no matter what I purchase. They have a staff that is very customer focused, and for me that is very important. If there is an item that I like, and the boutique doesn't have it in my size, they will go online, locate it and send it to me free of charge! A special shout out goes to my favorite staff members Susan and Irma in Lincolnshire, Illinois for their fabulous above and beyond customer service level. Chicos has a Customer Service line that is available 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM EST, seven days a week. They have weekly Facebook Fashion shows which are engaging and fun. They use their very own customers and employees to model their clothes. They are all various sizes, and they tell you the size of the item that they are wearing. On line you can read the customers reviews on their clothes, and add your own personal reviews plus a photo of your new outfit if you would like. Chicos also has a book club for their customers. Your purchases at Chicos always lead to rewards for discounts. If you sign up at the boutique, you will receive 5 percent off every purchase you make with Chicos whether it's a full priced item, sale, or final sale. Overall the Chicos employees mentality is how can I say yes to our customers, and how can I make their day. I highly recommend giving them a try.”
