“Bought a 2021 Silverado and it's amazing!! Tom Brown got me the truck that I wanted in 5 hours. On a Friday and had it here on Tuesday. Put running boards & cover on with paint protection I had it by Thursday. Total time 2 hours.”
“They tested the day I brought in my furnace and told me what the issue was. It was fixed and ready to pickup in just a few days. The service is great with knowledgeable people.”
“Gabriel R. handled my entire service process, from scheduling an appointment to performing the work. It was an involved battery installation and he did an excellent job. I was kept aware of the status of the install at every moment. Gabriel explained things well and then pleasantly closed out the bill and helped me get my things to my car. I will use Walmart Auto Care Centers in Neenah again, and hope for Gabriel as the service person.”
“Picked up a sway bar from them, picked it out and had them pull it. When they pulled it they noticed it was potentially damaged so they pulled another for me at no charge. Didn’t know about it until I went and picked it up and they let me decide between the two. They even sent me off with some extra parts. Staffing was extremely friendly across the board. These guys really go above and beyond, 5 stars for these gentleman all day long.”

“Kevin picked up my 69 Jaguar E-type today to tow it into the Auto Clinic. Kevin was on time and exceptionally service oriented. He took great care in the way he hoisted the car onto the flatbed and in the way he tied it down. He and his service were outstanding! I would give him a 5 star rating. Recommend this service without any concerns.”
