I had damage of some sort to all four sides of my car! A couple of the repairs were very difficult. My car was in the shop for nine days. I was given a loaner car to use. I was kept informed as to what was going on with my car and when I could expect it to be done. My car looks AMAZING! My car looks brand new! I am beyond happy with the work that was done on my car! He was very kind and helpful and was able to replace all the bulbs that had burnt out in a very timely manner! “Auto Clinic does top-notch work and Gordon is a pleasure to work with. Before going to the Auto Clinic, I had my Subaru BRZ at 2 different repair places. The first place said I had rod knock, and told me I needed a complete new engine with an estimated cost of $11,000. The second place I went to was the Subaru dealer and they had my car for more than a week and they were not able to identify the problem and suggested I wait until my low oil pressure problem gets worse. Then I took my car to the Auto Clinic, and Gordon quickly found the problem and he fixed it without needing to replace any parts. I am thrilled with the repair Auto Clinic did. My 13-year-old BRZ now sounds and drives like it did when it was new. Thanks Gordon, I really appreciate the great work you did on my Subaru BRZ.”
“Not sure if this is for the right location, but I work at Bergstrom Neenah Ford, and there was a tow driver that came with an elderly woman in for service in the late afternoon/early evening on Tuesday and the kindness I witnessed is something I just need to talk about! He jumped this woman's car and followed her to our dealership, he helped her out of the vehicle and helped her to my desk to check in for service. He was kind, patient and went the extra mile with this woman and it was just awesome to see. I wish I had gotten his name, but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his kindness!”
