“Needed a handful of odds and ends done on a 14 Soul for quite a while but kept putting them off, when finally a serious problem came up that needed attention asap. This dude came highly recommended from another dude who knows what he is talking about, so I made sure to get my car towed to this garage, despite it being quite far from my place. Basically Ben did a complete inspection and I added some random issues I had with the car and when I saw the list of things that needed fixing, it was a decent to-do list. Ben was super cool in talking to me about every little thing and all of my concerns and gripes with how I feel about the car, a good amount of back and forth went on and the dude stayed cool about it the whole time, I didn't want to waste the man's time but he gave me plenty of feedback and options when it came to getting my car back to ready. Long story short, I just let the work do the talking and had it all done, and the Kia has never ran better since owning it. It is pre-owned and it was purchased in a hurry, and it had issues. But after taking it to Integrity years after the fact, the car runs great and way more confident in driving it. And I know that if anything shall arise I will be able to call up Ben at Integrity and figure out what needs to be done. Couldn't recommend a garage more.”

I had damage of some sort to all four sides of my car! A couple of the repairs were very difficult. My car was in the shop for nine days. I was given a loaner car to use. He took great care in the way he hoisted the car onto the flatbed and in the way he tied it down. He and his service were outstanding! I would give him a 5 star rating. “I mostly worked with Mike. Mike went above and beyond with communication, honesty, and flexibility. Took my car over there and unfortunately the car ended up having to be junked, but I am more than thankful I took it to this shop and had the chance to work with Mike on trying to get the car up and running again. “I recently had my 2024 Cadillac CT5 Premium Luxury damaged by rocks in a construction zone. I took my car to this body shop for the $9400.00 worth of repairs. When I was called and told that the car was done I went to pick it up, and once I arrived home with it I was devastated at the terrible autobody work repairs. I immediately returned the car the very next morning (Saturday) but the body shop was closed. I ran into Mitch, the service manager (the owner, John Bergstrom was also there) who knows both me and my cars very well. I talked to John who said that the car would be redone, so, Mitch took the car over to the body shop and gave me a loaner. At that time I also spoke with the General Manager, Rich, who said that he would call me on Monday to work things out. On Monday, Rich called me and I drove to the dealership body shop to meet with Rich. At that time Rich introduced me to Todd, who would oversee the necessary repairs. Todd kept me informed as to the repairs being done over the next two weeks, while having me come and inspect each section of the car after the work was completed. To shorten this, Todd is a great person to work with, always professional, kind, courteous, caring, and went out of his way to make things right. Today (8/19/2025), Todd called me and asked me to come in and look at the last thing that needed to be repaired. My car looks brand new again. I approved the work, and then Todd had the car sent out to a professional detailing shop to clean the interior. If I could give John Bergstrom, Mitch, Rich and Todd a 100 Star review I would because they all deserve it. They never argued with me; they just went about making me whole again by correctly redoing my CT5. My hat is off to all of these gentleman. Thank you all for the wonderful corrections made on my car. Great Job by all of you. This is why I go to Bergstrom, and why I will continue to go to Bergstrom.”
