“Needed a handful of odds and ends done on a 14 Soul for quite a while but kept putting them off, when finally a serious problem came up that needed attention asap. This dude came highly recommended from another dude who knows what he is talking about, so I made sure to get my car towed to this garage, despite it being quite far from my place. Basically Ben did a complete inspection and I added some random issues I had with the car and when I saw the list of things that needed fixing, it was a decent to-do list. Ben was super cool in talking to me about every little thing and all of my concerns and gripes with how I feel about the car, a good amount of back and forth went on and the dude stayed cool about it the whole time, I didn't want to waste the man's time but he gave me plenty of feedback and options when it came to getting my car back to ready. Long story short, I just let the work do the talking and had it all done, and the Kia has never ran better since owning it. It is pre-owned and it was purchased in a hurry, and it had issues. But after taking it to Integrity years after the fact, the car runs great and way more confident in driving it. And I know that if anything shall arise I will be able to call up Ben at Integrity and figure out what needs to be done. Couldn't recommend a garage more.”

I had damage of some sort to all four sides of my car! A couple of the repairs were very difficult. My car was in the shop for nine days. I was given a loaner car to use. I was kept informed as to what was going on with my car and when I could expect it to be done. My car looks AMAZING! My car looks brand new! I am beyond happy with the work that was done on my car! I cried when I saw the finished work and two of the guys got hugs! ?”

“I have been a long time customer of Bergstrom’s Service Department. I always am treated with kindness and respect from the moment I enter the big glass shop doors by the first available service writer and if my service writer Dan Tibbits is available he comes out to greet me and take over.I can not say enough about Dan! Dan is kind and compassionate, he is empathetic and encouraging. Dan knows his business and is able to follow through on all of his promises from estimated time on repairs, to getting a loaner as there are times that something else turns up after they dig into the issue that originally was diagnosed.I always request the same mechanic and schedule with him, his name is Grant. Grant is an absolute hero! He keeps my old girl running even when I have lost all hope. The truck is alway cleaner inside when I brought it it as Grant takes the time to wipe down everywhere he touches. I was in for an exhaust replacement last week and as I was I the waiting room I received a text from Dan with Grant showing me the work that was completed. It was perfect. “Ben runs this shop like an old school repair shop. He's knowledgeable, ethical, fair and the value of all that vs his labor rates make him a rare breed compared to todays corporate run repair and dealership shop.He's one of the few mechanics I let wrench on my vehicles (Audi Q5, Acura ILX,) when a repair is beyond my abilities (or frustration level...lol.)
