“Since the beginning of Covid, and after, I discovered, and have purchased several bikes and various parts and accessories from Cranked Bike Studio. I have had great experiences with the business. The owner(s) at the time and current owner(s) including staff both past and present have been great to work with.
I had been an old bike mechanic from my younger days, and still know how to wrench on a bike......but CBS is a shop I think, with great customer service, knowledge and support.
I look for businesses that I can build a friendship with, and will continue doing business with these guys!! Needless to say, I have been very happy and they seem to value my business, whether large or small.
I have been able to know some of the personnel both past, present including the owners over the last several years and continue to find a reasons to stop in and do business with them.
Customer service can be a lost craft in business, but these guys are great..

“This place is such a friendly and welcoming environment. They have a wide selection of items for your bike, and a nice selection of bikes in stock. I do like going in the store and the woman behind the desk helped me a lot and installed some items on my ebike, even though I didn't purchase it there. It just goes to show you the professionalism on display there. And the care for all riders, no matter if they're commuters like me, or hardcore distance riders. Everyone seems to be welcome here, and I will continue to do business with this store.”

“I visited multiple bike shops in the Fox Valley looking for my first gravel bike. I returned to Appleton Bicycle and ordered a new Giant Revolt. The customer service was amazing and they truly took the time to explain all of my options and how the bike works once it came in. Some of the other shops seemed like I was interrupting them when I asked questions. Everyone in the shop has been so helpful each time I stop in with more questions or to find a new accessory.
