“I recently had my 2024 Cadillac CT5 Premium Luxury damaged by rocks in a construction zone. I took my car to this body shop for the $9400.00 worth of repairs. When I was called and told that the car was done I went to pick it up, and once I arrived home with it I was devastated at the terrible autobody work repairs. I immediately returned the car the very next morning (Saturday) but the body shop was closed. I ran into Mitch, the service manager (the owner, John Bergstrom was also there) who knows both me and my cars very well. I talked to John who said that the car would be redone, so, Mitch took the car over to the body shop and gave me a loaner. At that time I also spoke with the General Manager, Rich, who said that he would call me on Monday to work things out. On Monday, Rich called me and I drove to the dealership body shop to meet with Rich. At that time Rich introduced me to Todd, who would oversee the necessary repairs. Todd kept me informed as to the repairs being done over the next two weeks, while having me come and inspect each section of the car after the work was completed. To shorten this, Todd is a great person to work with, always professional, kind, courteous, caring, and went out of his way to make things right. Today (8/19/2025), Todd called me and asked me to come in and look at the last thing that needed to be repaired. My car looks brand new again. I approved the work, and then Todd had the car sent out to a professional detailing shop to clean the interior. If I could give John Bergstrom, Mitch, Rich and Todd a 100 Star review I would because they all deserve it. They never argued with me; they just went about making me whole again by correctly redoing my CT5. My hat is off to all of these gentleman. Thank you all for the wonderful corrections made on my car. Great Job by all of you. This is why I go to Bergstrom, and why I will continue to go to Bergstrom.”
